Gujarati style TomatoSoup

Gujarati Tomato Soup


Material Require :

Tomatoes 500 Gram
Crushed Onion 1
Salt to taste
Butter 3-4 table spoon
Cream 50 gram
Chopped coriander leaves 1 table spoon
Black pepper to taste


Procedure :


Boil and remove skin of tomatoes and chopped them.
Start cooking chopped tomatoes with crushed onion with salt and vegetable stock.
Once the mixture cooked properly pass them through soup strainer.
Add some butter and salt and pepper to taste.
